1. The service
Research Artifact turns arXiv paper links into shareable research identity cards, combining AI-generated cover artwork with the paper's title, authors, keywords, and key points.
2. Accounts
Generating cards requires an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Plans and billing
Paid plans (Researcher, Pro) are billed monthly or yearly in USD, renew automatically, and can be cancelled at any time — you retain access until the end of the current billing period. Card quotas reset monthly and do not roll over. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not store your card details.
4. Your content
Cards you generate are yours to download, share, and use under your plan's license (commercial use requires a paid plan). You must only submit paper links you have the right to process, and your use of the service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Service availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. AI-generated artwork is interpretive and may not perfectly represent a paper's content — always refer to the original paper for authoritative claims.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.
